Squat Clean (10 Min EMOM 1 Hang Clean + 1 Squat Clean)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

As Many Reps As Possible in 2 Minutes:

40 Double Unders

20 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)

Max Rep Burpee Over Bar

* Rest 2 minutes between & repeat for a total of 5 Rounds (18 minute clock)

Score: Total Burpees
