20 Cal Row – 20 Ring Rows Each

30 Goblet Squats – 30 KB Swings

40 HR Push-up – 40 Ring/Box Dips

50 Sit-Ups Each – 50 V-Ups

40 Slam balls – 40 OH Slam Ball Tosses

30 Lunges – 30 OH Lunges (25lbs)

20 Cal Bike – 2 Min Jump Rope Each

10 Partner Over/Unders – 1 Min Plank Each
