P2 – after 1 is done 2 draws card and completes reps

Then parters switch and

P1 – draws

P2 – Rows or Bikes

1st team to complete 20 cards wins.

Hearts =OH Lunges (35/25)

Diamonds = Goblet Squats (53/35)

Spades = V Ups

Clubs = Pull Ups

* Jokers = 10 Burpees Each
