10 Push Press
When Partner 1 comes in from Farmer Carry, they pick up where Partner 2 left off. Score is total number of rounds.
Dice of Death (AMRAP – Rounds)
Dice of Death
1 = 10 Push Press (95/65)
2 = 10 Ring Dips
3 = Run 200 together
4 = 10 Cleans
5 = 10 Sit Ups
6 = Give 10 Burpees
Dice of Death! Partner up, roll a die and consult the Screen. After you finish each Movement roll the die again. If you get a 6 you get hand out 10 burpees to another team and you get the rep for that round. Rest while the other team does those burpees!
Your score will be the number of rounds you can complete in 20 minutes.
