50 Wall Ball Sit Ups

200m Run w/ Wall Ball

50 Wall Ball Goblet Squats (20/14)

200m Run w/ Wall Ball

50 Wall Ball OH Walking Lunges (20/14)

200m Run w/ Wall Ball

(Note: Wall ball must remain off the ground for the entire 25:00; 10 burpee penalty for each team member every time wall ball drops; Alt every 10 reps; All athletes run together)
