Work on getting to the bottom of squat and to the ideal overhead snatch shoulder position

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

400 Meter Run

8 Pull-Ups

12 Handstand Push-Ups
