2 x 30/45 sec Hold 1 X Max Hold

Metcon (Time)

Team Chipper-

30 Box Jumps

30 SDHP

30 Push Press

30 Sit-Ups

30 Lunges

30 Burpees

A Team member starts on first movement, next team member can not begin until member in front of them has completed exercise and moved on to the next.
