100 Sit-ups

100 Lungs

50 KB High Pulls

100 Air Squats

100 Tuck-ups

50 Partner High Fives From Tall Plank (25/side) (both partners working at a time here)

*1 Partner works at a time for everything besides the high fives. Split reps as desired.
