Partner –

8 Rounds For Time(30min time cap)

8 Kettlebell Swings

8 Burpees

100m Row

Each person will do a round. When each partner is done, thats one round.

(Each person will end up doing 8 rounds)

Resting partner Must do 10 jumping squats each round.
