Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20min AMRAP

Run 100 meters together

Then partner 1 completes one round of the following-

4 Turkish get-ups

6 Ring dips/box dips

8 Wall Balls

Partner 2 will rest while holding plank.

Then run again together before partner 2 does the workout and partner 1 does plank.
