Metcon (Time)

100 Box Jumps

90 KB SDHP

80 Mountain Climbers

70 Goblet Squats

60 Push Ups

50 Knee Tucks

400 Meter Run or Row (Together)

Everything is divided up however you want with your partner. Only one person working at a time except on run or row.
