Grit Strength and Conditioning – Strength & Conditioning
One person will row 500m while the other person performs “Cindy”. After you row your 500m, switch with your partner and do as many rounds of “Cindy” while your partner is rowing. Each person will row 5 500m rows.
*record 5000m row time
*for each complete round of “Cindy” subtract 30 secs from your 5000m row time
“Cindy” = 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats = 1 round
